By completing a purchase with Rowdy Babes Revival, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following policies.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

 

All purchases made in-store or online are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing, and details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions prior to placing an order, feel free to contact us at RowdyBabesRevival@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please email RowdyBabesRevival@gmail.com with the following:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution. Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

 

Orders cannot be refunded once placed.

If you need to cancel an order, please email RowdyBabesRevival@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet shipped, we may offer store credit for the purchase amount. Refunds will not be issued for cancelled orders.

 

ADDITIONAL TERMS

 

• Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed.

• Giveaway or promotional items are not eligible for replacement or exchange.

• Availability of items is not guaranteed until your order is completed.
