Shipping Policy
All items are shipped via USPS.
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to ship. (Business days: Monday-Friday excluding holidays)
Delivery dates are subject to change due to circumstances within USPS. This is NOT in our control.
Once your order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, Rowdy Babes Revival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Ownership of packages transfers to the customer once USPS takes possession. We are unable to issue refunds, replacements, or credits for any packages that are lost or damaged while in transit or after being marked as delivered.
If your package appears to be delayed or missing, we recommend contacting USPS directly to file a claim or locate your package. We are happy to assist by providing tracking details and carrier contact information if needed.
Rowdy Babes Revival is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any packages sent back to us due to WRONG ADDRESS etc. Please double check your address before submitting orders to avoid a reshipment fee. Fee's are typically $10.00 or $12.00+, or depending on what you'd like and how fast you need your package. (Fee’s may vary)
Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed as long as they leave a good email address.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends, or the following dates -
- New Year’s Day: January 1
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day: Third Monday of January
- President’s Day (George Washington’s Birthday): Third Monday of February
- Memorial Day: Last Monday in May
- Juneteenth: June 19
- Independence Day: July 4
- Labor Day: First Monday in September
- Indigenous Peoples’ Day (also observed as Columbus Day): Second Monday in October
- Veterans Day: November 11
- Thanksgiving Day: Fourth Thursday in November
- Christmas Eve: December 24
- Christmas Day: December 25
- Following Christmas Day: December 26
